Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mainmoto.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at support@mainmoto.shop and we'll do our best to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
